As an experienced nurse I have been involved in medical aesthetics for over seventeen years and run my clinic, Cosmecare, on the south coast in Hampshire.

The British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) will be holding their inaugural conference on Saturday 11th September 2010 at the Royal College of Physicians.

We have a very exciting programme covering topics ranging from back to basics anatomy and physiology of the face, managing complications, website management, customer care and updates on professional issues.

As it will be our first meeting under the Constitution it will be preceded by our AGM to which you are all welcome.

The conference has been scheduled to follow the Q-Med meeting as we felt a number of delegates would be attending both.  You do not have to be a member of the BACN to attend and it is open to all nurses.  However membership will allow you to access the website for educational articles, professional news and links, members’ directory and much more.
