Dr Heather Wilkins, MBBS, BSc (Hons)
Dr Heather Wilkins graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010, having previously completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences with First Class Honours.
Following her medical training, she completed foundation placements at West Suffolk Hospital and Addenbrooke’s Hospital before later working as a GP registrar.
In 2015, Heather moved from the NHS into private medicine and, in 2017, established her aesthetics business, specialising in natural-looking treatments.
Since entering aesthetic medicine, she has undertaken extensive additional training across a range of treatments, including advanced botulinum toxin and dermal filler techniques, lip enhancement, chemical peels, skin boosters, polynucleotides, fat-dissolving treatments and fibroblast/plasma pen treatments. She also offers premium skincare, medical-grade patches and supplements as part of a broader approach to supporting treatment outcomes and providing non-invasive alternatives.
Heather is now the founder of the multi-award-winning Angel Aesthetics clinic in Downham Market. Her approach focuses on creating a personalised treatment journey, with consultation and assessment at the centre of treatment planning.
New clients receive a face-to-face consultation and assessment before treatment, with treatment only recommended where Heather considers it clinically appropriate. She places a strong emphasis on discretion, patient safety and informed decision-making, including a cooling-off period before treatment and allowing plenty of time for appointments.
Heather is also involved with Feel Good Norfolk, combining her interests in aesthetics and wellbeing. In 2025, she became a campaign ambassador for Prepaere, supporting mental health screening and awareness within the aesthetics sector.
Angel Aesthetics is a Platinum-registered Save Face clinic and is also verified with ConsultingRoom.com. The clinic aims to provide an inclusive environment and is LGBTQ+ friendly, disability friendly and neurodiverse friendly.
Heather's approach is centred on helping clients make informed decisions about aesthetic treatments, with patient wellbeing, appropriate treatment planning and natural-looking results at the heart of the experience.
