I would like to invite you to visit rtwskin Clinic for a Consultation to discuss your concerns. During this time a fully trained and experienced Practitioner will thoroughly assess the area to be treated and explain in detail the treatment procedure. It is at this stage that a Laser Patch test will be provided, which needs to be monitored for 24 hours prior to ensure there are no adverse reactions.
Here at the Clinic, we offer a simple medical procedure that leaves the skin smooth and clear of skin tags. Our computer-operated Erbium YAGG laser beam is targeted at the area to be treated and evaporates the unwanted tissue in very precise and thin layers.
Immediately after the laser treatment, a small, attrition-like wound appears in the treated area. Within a day a small scab will form, and the superficial wound to the skin takes 7-10 days to heal. Generally, only one procedure will be needed to remove the lesion completely.
The costs are as follows:
Consultation: £50.00
Removal, prices start from £60.00

Answer: Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our skin tag removal service. This is carried out at our Clitheroe clinic and does not require a prior consultation. The treatment involves the use of our ThermaVein system which delivers a short burst of energy through a very fine needle to cauterise the blood supply of the tag. The tag then falls off of its own accord usually within 10-14 days. As many tags will be treated within the time limit of the appointment and is priced at £135.
