Hello, I’m seeking urgent clinical advice regarding persistent Ellansé M nodules caused by confirmed superficial injection (MRI + Sinclair Pharma assessment).
The lumps have persisted for over a year and are causing significant distress.
Have any clinicians here successfully treated similar Ellansé complications, and if so, how?
Any guidance would be deeply appreciated.
