The area under the eye is very delicate and presents as a tear trough or dark circle for a number of reasons, lack of bone, weakening of the orbicularis muscle, dermal skin thinning often in combination. Therefore what you had in the past may not be what is appropriate now and there are new options such as polynucleotides. Dermal filler in this area costs £400 and is placed by a Masters Level medical expert.

Thank you for your recent enquiry. The prices for Dermal Filler start from £500 with Dr Anna and £475 with Dr Kasim.
You would need to have a 15-minute consultation with the Doctors so they are able to ensure you are happy to go ahead with treatment. We do collect a consultation fee upon booking of either £195 or £165.

Answer: Good morning, Unfortunately I can't give a accurate estimate without a consultation. If just tear trough it would be £450, however depending on ageing tear trough alone might not be enough.
