Answer: Good Morning,
Thank you for your email enquiry.
I would like to invite you to the Clinic for a complimentary consultation. During this time, your practitioner will then be able to discuss the treatment thoroughly and discuss any questions you may have. It is at this appointment that a Laser Patch test, which will need to be monitored for 24 hours to ensure you have no adverse reactions.
We can remove Thread Veins, Spider Veins, Reticular Veins which are dilated bluish intradermal veins, usually between 1mm and 3mm in diameter & larger leg veins.
Lasers and IPL can be used to remove thread veins on the face, body and legs. Laser treatments will remove fine and large thread veins quickly and effectively. Up to 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart, is usually all that is needed to leave your skin blemish-free.
Prices per treatment start from £120.00 for a small area like the nose. We use an ND:Yag Laser which delivers pulses of light energy to the vein, causing the blood within the vein to coagulate. It is then absorbed by the body.
We will give you a full and detailed aftercare programme and should you have further questions after treatment we are always happy to answer questions over the phone or offer you a general check-up appointment.
Our opening hours are:
Monday-Saturday 9-5pm
If you have any further questions or you would like to arrange your complimentary consultation, please don’t hesitate to contact me on 01892 22 22 22 or support@rtwskin.co.uk and I will be more than happy to help.

Answer: Good morning,
It’s so lovely to meet you over email! I am Dr Kathryn's assistant and I manage the clinic diary and patient inquiries.
To help Dr Kathryn assess suitability for treatment, could you please send over some clear photos of your face? Ideally, we’d need:
• A front-facing image (looking straight ahead, not angled) with a relaxed, natural expression
• Side profiles (both left and right)
• For Botox: Photos of you frowning, raising your eyebrows, squinting, and tensing your chin
• Please ensure the images are makeup-free (if applicable) and unfiltered so Dr. Kathryn can assess your skin accurately.
You can email us jamie(at)jlva.co.uk
These images will allow Dr Kathryn to review your case and confirm your suitability for treatment. Once she has done so, we’ll come back to you with a treatment quotation and details of the aftercare for your consideration.
Kind regards,
Jamie Lightfoot on behalf of;

Answer: Hi yes this is one of the treatments we offer. We would recommend a course of IPL treatments possibly with the addition of nd:yag laser to treat any larger capilliaries. Would recommend booking in for a face consultation which includes a complimentary skin scan so we can look at the capillaries in detail and recommend the best treatment plan.
