I am so sorry this message has only just come through.
I can see your original message through consulting rooms was on 7th February. Since then we have not received any further messages back through them, which is a little frustrating for both of us. I can only apologise that you have not heard back from us. As the replies are directed through the consulting room site, they do not come or get stored in our email system.
It may be better to contact us direct on our info email address, unfortunately I can't write the email address here as the message will be removed. It is easy to find on our website Thames Skin Clinic .co.uk and is info at thames skin .co.uk
I do hope we can rescue our conversation and arrange for you to have an appointment soon. Dr Anna is very booked up at the moment but we will try our best to get you in as soon as possible. Can I ask that you contact clinic direct so that we can keep the conversation thread open easily

Lovely to connect with you over email. I believe there may be some confusion, as our clinic does not offer appointment bookings through Consulting Room.
I’ve reviewed our emails and don’t see any prior communication from you yesterday, so I’m unsure which treatment you’re interested in. Could you kindly send us some photos of the area you are seeking treatment for? You can email these images to jamie@jlva.co.uk—this will allow Dr. Kathryn to review your case and determine your suitability for treatment.
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a quotation for the treatment and aftercare. If you wish to proceed, we will then collect your patient information and schedule your appointment.
