ZO Skin Health® has announced a new strategic partnership with ACRE, which will become the exclusive UK pharmacy partner for the professional skincare brand from 13th July.

The partnership brings together ZO Skin Health®'s protocol-led approach to skin health with ACRE's pharmacy-led infrastructure, fulfilment services and account management. The aim is to provide clinics with continued access to the ZO Skin Health® product portfolio while supporting practitioners through a streamlined ordering and distribution process.

Founded by dermatologist Dr Zein Obagi, ZO Skin Health® is known for its science-led approach to skin health and its range of professional skincare products. The brand is widely used by healthcare professionals and supports personalised treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs.

Brett Vye, General Manager, UK & Ireland, ZO Skin Health®, said:

“This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for ZO Skin Health® in the UK and Ireland. As our business continues to grow, it's important that we invest in partners who can support our long-term goals while maintaining the high standards of service our clinics and patients expect. ACRE shares our commitment to clinical excellence and customer care, and we're delighted to welcome them as our new pharmacy partner.”

Neil Clarkson, Co-Founder and Director at ACRE, added:

“ZO Skin Health® is one of the most respected names in professional skincare, with a strong reputation for innovation, education and clinical results. Becoming the exclusive UK pharmacy partner reflects our commitment to working with leading brands and providing practitioners with the products, expertise and service they need to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Backed by pharmaceutical expertise, we look forward to supporting clinics across the UK as they continue to deliver personalised ZO® regimens with confidence.”

According to both organisations, the transition has been planned to minimise disruption for existing ZO Skin Health® customers. Eligible clinics will continue to have access to the full product portfolio through a supported onboarding process, with next-day UK delivery available on eligible orders and ongoing account management.

The partnership reflects a shared focus on supporting healthcare professionals through access to professional skincare products, education and pharmacy services, while helping clinics maintain continuity of care for their patients.
