Acclaro Medical has announced the appointment of Victoria Voysey as Vice President of EMEA for UltraClear, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team as the company continues to accelerate regional growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Victoria joins UltraClear following two successful years as Managing Director at InMode UK and Ireland, where she played a pivotal role in translating InMode’s global strategy into strong regional execution. Her leadership was instrumental in driving brand growth, strengthening market presence, and supporting clinicians across the UK and Irish aesthetics markets.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning luxury cosmeceutical skincare and the advanced aesthetics sector, Victoria brings deep commercial and industry insight to her new role. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leading global brands and many internationally recognised surgeons, doctors, nurses and aesthetic practitioners.
Victoria is widely recognised for her empowerment-led leadership style, with a reputation for building high-performing teams and cultivating cultures that enable people and organisations to thrive. This people-first approach aligns closely with UltraClear’s vision as it continues to expand its footprint across EMEA.
In her new position, Victoria will be responsible for executing UltraClear’s multi-region EMEA strategy, working collaboratively with individual territories to drive growth, strengthen market penetration, and further develop brand presence. The role reflects Acclaro Medical’s commitment to investing in experienced leadership as demand for advanced energy-based technologies continues to grow.
Commenting on her appointment, Victoria Voysey said:
“What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to build something meaningful at scale, shaping a truly strategic EMEA presence while working with technology that has the potential to redefine standards in our industry.
I’m looking forward to combining disciplined execution with bold thinking, building high-performing teams, and creating long-term value for both the business and its partners.”
Victoria’s appointment comes at a time of increasing focus on clinically led innovation, regulatory alignment and long-term partnerships within the aesthetics sector. Her experience and leadership are expected to support UltraClear’s continued evolution as a key player in the professional energy-based device landscape.
