Dr Nichola Conlon shares longevity insights at the 2025 Experience Wellness and Travel Media Event
On May 9, 2025, Dr Nichola Conlon, a scientist specialising in cellular ageing, joined Organic Spa Media’s annual Experience Wellness & Travel Media Event in New York City as a featured speaker. The event, held at The Pierre Hotel, brought together 131 attendees, including 97 media professionals, 22 influencers, and 12 virtual participants.
Dr Conlon took part in two panel discussions as part of the “Wellness Around the Globe” series:
Food as Medicine (11:10 AM)
Focused on the role of nutrient-dense diets and supplementation in supporting cellular health.
Hormone Health & Beauty (4:30 PM)
Addressed the link between hormone balance, ageing, and physical wellbeing.
Dr Conlon is the founder and Chief Scientific Officer of UK-based biotech company Nuchido. She holds a PhD in Physiology from Newcastle University and specialises in translating longevity research into consumer products. Her supplement, Nuchido TIME+, was featured at the event for its clinical performance in restoring NAD+ levels - a key molecule involved in cellular energy and repair.
