Croma Pharma UK has announced the appointment of Sam Leon as Virtual Account Manager and Katy Phillips as Key Account Manager for the UK and Ireland. Both bring extensive experience in the aesthetics, beauty, and pharmaceutical sectors, strengthening Croma’s team as the company continues its strategic growth across the region. Their combined expertise in sales, client relationships, training, and industry knowledge positions them to support Croma’s mission of delivering science-driven innovation and exceptional service to its partners.
SAM LEON, VIRTUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
With three decades of beauty, wellness and aesthetic industry experience, Sam Leon brings a wealth of expertise to the Croma UK team.
Her background in sales and training with previous roles at Q-Med Galderma, AestheticSource, HA-Derma, and Sinclair, together with consulting for setting up clinics and her personal experience working as a medical aesthetician, has provided Sam with a unique viewpoint representing an aesthetic brand whilst having been in the place of her clients.
In addition, having worked previously in the virtual sales space within aesthetics has meant she brings a new perspective to her role at Croma.

Katy brings over a decade of experience in aesthetics, beauty, and pharmaceutical sales, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service.
Since joining Croma Pharma UK in January 2022 as Sales Business Manager, she has been successfully managing and developing key accounts. Her background includes leadership roles across the aesthetics sector, from Product Specialist at Galderma UK Ltd to Director of Business Boutique Aesthetics Ltd, where she guided clinics and corporate businesses through challenging market conditions.
With expertise in training, product launches, contract negotiation, and event management, Katy has consistently delivered value to both clients and the business.
