16/08/2022 | Craiglowe | Recived a email from a customer of the clinic to say they didnt recive any comunications fromk the clinic, i had emailed them to urge them to repond to the customer, i provided the customer a contact number in order to talk direct to the clinic but i recived another email from the customer to say they have tried to ring but it kept going to answer phone, customer not happy but i havnt recived any further emails so i belive this issue is now resolved

10/11/2017 | Lorna | I have removed the special offer for hyperhidrosis from being on live display as this is indirect advertising of a POM (botulinum toxin). This should have been spotted when the clinic loaded the advert. It was raised as an issue to me(by Cindy Knight Clinic) after it was posted on Facebook. Will advise Holly to look out for these and Danielle not to put them on social media as a second line of defence. I will keep a better eye on special offers loaded too.
