08/11/2021 | Rebecca | Spoke to Mariannna again today to try and sort out payment moving forward, investigated their last payment and they was invoiced last in 2019, sent this email after the call....Hi Marianna Thank you for taking the time to speak with me just now. So as discussed I am just trying to bring your account up to date after everything got flipped upside down in 2020. I can see that we last sent an invoice 26th June 2019 to uche@goodgestreetdental.co.uk I appreciate that you were new and being cautious when I called in September, completely understandably so please don't worry about that. I just want you to know that I am not chasing any payments from you guys for 2020 or for your membership so far during this year, I am happy to write those off for Uchenna, I just need to know how you would like to pay moving forward for your membership? You can either continue to pay yearly via standing order £384 or I can set up a monthly direct debit payment of £32. As a thank you I would be happy to also add Uchanna's second clinic location in South Kensington FREE of charge to help generate more leads to this clinic too. Please let me know which payment option suits you best, or of course if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

I asked if she would be able to check when their last payment was for me, she was a little wary as she didn't know about CR as she is new to the company, I told her to go onto our website and search for their clinic so she can see that theyare members, she agreed to do this and get back to me on Friday

Enquiry: S: cracked tooth that needs possible extraction. I am very worried B: 67 year old, history of Florrid Osseous cemento dysplasia. Type 2 diabetic. Been told not to have my tooth extracted due to the dental history but my dentist feels I need one due to cracked tooth. A: I have pain in the cracked tooth. R: please review me soon as possible for advice and whether it is safe to proceed with tooth extraction or not.
