14/07/2022 | Sabrina | Spoke to Rudolf again today he now wants a doctor/dentist, Dr Sonia is working one day a week on a 10% comms basis, no wages with him paying for products etc. Have put his job up on smart for level 4 therapist but when speaking to him he has said he only wants that person 1 day a week or fortnightly on 14ph, rate there is £18 or £15 with 10% comms on top. He basically wants staff with out the outlay. Have given him advise on remuneration structure/ staff incentives. Have offered him room for rent ad but he wants the cash and no out lay. Anna is practise manager, Rudolf owner. I don't think they'll come on board as a paid member seems to be a want it all for free kinda guy even though he is so busy with a wait list of 30 people for injectables and x3 full columns for level 4 treatments.
