You would still have another 4 months free as our featured listings if you decide to renew as I allowed 6 months free featured listings. If you could please let me know if you wish to renew and I will restart your direct debit payments for you.

I wanted to contact you to see if we can offer any support before cancelling your membership, if it helps, I am happy to offer all 5 of your clinic listings 3 months free membership unless your clinics are no longer open? I have amended your monthly direct debit payments to 0 per month & will leave your clinic listings active for you free of charge & payments would resume at the end of January 2023. 01/08/2022 | rebecca | Managed to save all 5 clinics from cancelling, reduced payment to £50 per month and offered 6 months free featured listings, I have amended her gc plan rather than setting up a new plan, awaiting response via email regarding getting the green light in regards to the featured listings available for her to choose from, as soon as she gets back to me I will add them on

As discussed we are still playing catch up after the pandemic and lockdowns etc... I can see that we have not received payment for 2 years for your Clinic Listings, however, we completely understand why given the circumstances. I have had a chat with my boss this morning to see if there is anything we can do to support you as we appreciate that £2000 is a lot of money to request, which is the outstanding payments for your membership. He has agreed to reduce your membership moving forward to £864 for the year rather than £1000, also if we could switch your payment method over to direct debit rather than standing order which would be just £72 per month, or an annual direct debit payment of £864 we would be happy to write off the £2000 overdue invoices for you.
