We Won! Cosmetic Recruitment Named Specialist Recruitment Agency of the Year 2025

I’m absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news: Cosmetic Recruitment has been named Specialist Recruitment Agency of the Year at the London & Southeast England Prestige Awards 2025!

To say I’m proud is an understatement. This recognition means so much, not just for me, but for the growing recruitment community we’ve built together.

From the very beginning, I set out to do things differently: to bring a personal touch to recruitment, to stay visible and engaged online, and most importantly, to create a real sense of community in this fast-paced industry. To have that approach recognised by the Prestige Awards judging panel is incredibly special.

The judges shared that our passion truly came across, and they were particularly impressed by our personal approach, online activity, and the community feel we’ve created. That feedback alone is a huge win for me, as those are the pillars I’ve built this business on. Knowing we’re making a positive difference is the best kind of motivation to keep growing and evolving.

The Prestige Awards were created to celebrate outstanding small and independent businesses, those that go the extra mile for their clients and offer something unique to their local community. To be recognised among such an inspiring group of SMEs is an honour.

So, what’s next? This award is a springboard. It’s a moment to celebrate, reflect, and then push forward. I’m more committed than ever to helping amazing professionals and businesses connect within the cosmetic and aesthetic space, and to keep raising the bar for what specialist recruitment can look like.
