The Practitioner Hub™ is a new online membership platform launched by Kelly Saynor to support aesthetic practitioners beyond treatment training. The Hub provides access to clinical education, career guidance, prescribing insights, regulatory updates, business support and mentorship, helping practitioners build safer, more credible and sustainable careers in aesthetics.
Award-winning Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber, Clinical Director and entrepreneur Kelly Saynor has announced the launch of The Practitioner Hub™, a new online membership platform designed to support aesthetic practitioners throughout the realities of building a safe, credible and sustainable career in aesthetics.
Launching on 10th August 2026, The Practitioner Hub™ has been created in response to what Kelly believes is a significant gap within the aesthetics sector: while practitioners often complete individual treatment courses, many are then left without the ongoing guidance, context and mentorship needed to confidently navigate clinical practice, regulation, prescribing, patient management and business ownership.
The new platform aims to bridge this gap by providing practitioners with continued access to practical education, industry insight and support from someone with more than two decades of experience working across nursing, dermatology and medical aesthetics.
The aesthetics industry offers a wide range of treatment-based courses, but Kelly believes that becoming a successful practitioner requires much more than learning how to perform a procedure.

Members will receive ongoing access to a growing library of concise, practical educational resources, with new modules added regularly throughout the year.
Kelly Saynor said:
“There is no shortage of treatment training in aesthetics, but learning how to perform a treatment is only one part of becoming a good practitioner. So many people complete a course and are then left trying to work out the rest alone—how to consult properly, how to choose the right training, how to manage difficult cases, how prescribing works, how regulation affects them and how to build a business without compromising their clinical standards.”
With more than 20 years of experience across nursing, dermatology and medical aesthetics, Kelly has trained practitioners throughout the UK and says the questions she receives are rarely limited to treatment technique.

Alongside the educational library, members and non-members will be able to book onto Kelly’s live Q&A and webinar sessions as they are released.
These sessions will provide practitioners with the opportunity to gain direct access to Kelly’s clinical and commercial experience, covering current challenges and questions faced by those working within aesthetics.

The Practitioner Hub™ has been intentionally created as something different from a conventional training academy.
The platform does not replace regulated qualifications, accredited treatment training or appropriate clinical supervision. Instead, it is designed to sit alongside practitioners’ existing education as an evolving source of mentorship, professional development and practical support.
Kelly explains:
“This is not about pretending there is one perfect route into aesthetics or one answer for every practitioner. It is about giving people the knowledge to ask better questions, make safer decisions and build careers they can be proud of.”
The content will continue to develop in response to changes within the sector and the real-world questions submitted by Hub members.
