Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager Opportunity at Skin Sister Medical Aesthetics (Hampshire)
Skin Sister Medical Aesthetics, with clinics in Basingstoke and Fareham (Hampshire), are seeking a personable, highly organised Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager with a strong healthcare background and a passion for both patient care and practice management.
This is a unique opportunity for a qualified healthcare professional who is primarily interested in leading the day-to-day operations of a high-end aesthetic clinic, while still maintaining a clinical presence.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who is confident in decision-making and motivated to support the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate should have management experience, and who is open to a small number of clinical hours per week.
The candidate must be an independent prescriber.
About the Role
Hours are flexible. Some opportunity for remote working.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth, efficient, and professional daily running of the clinic (28 hours), with the opportunity to deliver aesthetic injectable treatments 2 afternoons per week (9 hours). (Previous aesthetic experience is not essential as in-house training is available.)
You will ensure every patient receives an exceptional standard of care, while creating a supportive and well-structured environment for the team.
You will play a key role in reducing the operational workload of the clinic owner, taking ownership of clinic management while also contributing your clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Ensure an outstanding, luxury patient experience at every touchpoint
- Oversee non-clinical operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and clinic organisation
- Support, guide, and motivate a small team to maintain high performance and morale
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries, concerns, and clinical advice
- Utilise your healthcare experience and prescribing qualification where needed in clinic
- Work collaboratively with the clinic owner to support business growth and operational improvements
- Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and reassurance to patients
- Respond to patient questions, concerns, and aftercare needs
- Deliver injectable treatments 2 afternoons per week
About You
Essential
- Qualified healthcare professional (e.g. Nurse, Dentist, Pharmacist, etc.)
- Independent Prescriber (essential)
- Demonstrable experience of leading/managing clinical teams and delivering operational clinical oversight
- Experience in healthcare or aesthetic setting
- Strong interest in practice management and leadership
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- A natural problem-solver and decision-maker
- An interest in delivering aesthetic treatments (approx. 8 hours per week / 2 afternoons)
Desirable
- Experience of clinical governance, audit and regulatory compliance (e.g. CQC readiness)
- Previous training in leadership or healthcare management
