BABTAC Announces the Expansion of Its Beauty Collective

30+ industry experts. One mission.

BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology) is proud to unveil the latest members of its growing Beauty Collective, now comprising over 30 leading experts across the beauty, business, and education sectors.

Spearheaded by CEO Lesley Blair MBE, a tireless campaigner for improved industry standards, the BABTAC Beauty Collective has been created to champion professionalism, support practitioners, and rebuild consumer trust. 

Today, BABTAC welcomes 16 new voices into this expert-led initiative, including:

• Alexandra Forbes, Managing Director of Skin Rocks
• Facialist Theresa Tarmey
• Chief of Policy & Sustainability for the British Beauty Council, Victoria Brownlie MBE
• Facialist and nutritionist Andy Millward

BABTAC represents a wide-reaching network, and the Beauty Collective reflects that diversity - offering insight across many industry sectors including advanced aesthetics, training and education, hairdressing, brows, lashes, makeup, nails, waxing, business, HR and finance, diversity and inclusion, menopause, mental health, wellbeing, and sustainability.

Building on the success of BABTAC’s T.I.M.E campaign, launched at both the UK and Scottish Parliaments, the BABTAC Beauty Collective will continue to advocate for safer, smarter practices,  ensuring beauty professionals feel educated, empowered, and valued, while protecting and informing the public.
