11/01/2023 | rebecca | Spoke to Jilla she said that she doesn't get many leads compaired to her glowday subscription, I had a look at stats and told her that in the past 12 months she has had 4 emailed enquires and 14 phone calls, she currently pays £32 per month for membership although she is actually eligible for single handed pratitioner rate £16 per month, I could see that she also has a second clinic location in London Harley street so I offered to list that clinic for free if she continues membership with us, managed to save her with this, I didn't mention the eligibility of a reduced rate so keeping her on at £32 per month rather than reducing the payments to £30 for both clinic listings, will ask Craig to build profile for Harley street
