My colleague informas me that you have been emailing to cancel your membership, however neither our admin or myself can see any emails from yourself requesting this, the only emails I have had from you were requesting invoices. If you are able to please forward me the emails requesting to cancel so that I can investigate this for you that would be very helpful as I won't be able to offer a refund without them unfortunately. 09/01/2023 | rebecca | Recieved this email from Sarah...Hi Rebecca, I’ve just left you a voicemail I’ve been trying for several days now to get hold of somebody with regards my invoices I’ve sent several emails to the admin email address and I’ve had no response. I can’t seem to get access to my invoices by the dashboard and my accountant is wanting to settle up my accounts for my VAT. Return Please could you send me November and January’s invoices are forward me to a department that can help please. Many thanks, Sarah .... I responded, Hi Sarah I have spoken to my colleague Craig who deals with the invoice enquiries to ask him to email you across your invoice for 2022 as I don't have access to this information. I do however have your invoice from January 2023-January 2024 which I have attached to this email. The invoice is for the year with 12 months equal payments as stated on the invoice. Spoke to Sarah via email after she emailed admin regarding selling a machine on CC, managed to up sell membership happy to proceed, eligible for single specialty, have emailed gc link to set up gc payments, adding to cmanager now as I am about to go on holiday, will chase payment when I return if gc not set up in the meantime
