04/05/2023 | Rebecca | Dipen emailed questioning why he was still making payments, I am guessing he forgot about our last conversation in Jan, I have cancelled his gc payments and offered 6 months free membership and another featured listing to try and improve things for him as he has still only had 2 phone calls in 12 months, awaiting a response to my email
