05/12/2022 | rebecca | Clinic emailed this...Dear Admin at Consulting Room, I am writing to say that I would like to terminate my membership with immediate effect. Sadly due to my financial circumstances I am unable to keep up with the monthly payments, therefore I will cancel the £20 direct debit going forward. When I joined in I was given to understand that my membership can be terminated at any time. Please acknowledge the above, With kind regards Dr Tehseen Khan TKK Aesthetics.... I have offered 3 months free membership, I have amended her gc payments to 0 and will follow this up in March to see if her finances have improved

Bre cold called Tehseen to try and give free ticket to SI, wasn't able to attend but was interested in membership, Bre passed over to me, very happy to proceed, she is a dentist who now has a clinic at home offering injectables etc...GDC 81271, Happy to proceed set up gc payments £20 per month, adding to cmanager
