11/07/2022 | Rebecca | Clinic requested to cancel membership and requested refund, I responded to her email, awaiting response.....Dear Malaika Thank you for your email regarding your request to cancel your subscription, I am happy to process your cancellation request, however to receive the refund you would have had to have been a member for 12 months, I can see that you joined on the 16th September 2021, we would not be able to request a refund until 16th September 2022. If you wish to proceed with your cancellation I can arrange this for you however you would not be eligible for a refund as yet. Please let me know what you would like me to do.
