I will process this for you now. I am sorry that to hear that they haven't benefited from our services, we could certainly look at ways in which we could improve this for them if they wished to give us another chance in the future. We always try our hardest to support our members, we have our annual business event Smart Ideas this Saturday in St Albans. If any of the team would like to attend FREE of charge I would be happy to put them on the guest list. I have attached more details about the event. I am happy for them to attend regardless if they stay on board with us all not. Please put it to them and let me know what they say. In the meantime I will deactivate their clinic listing on our platform and cancel down their direct debit....Archiving clinic in the mean time
