06/10/2021 | Rebecca | I had a call from Dan saying that Ajay (owner) has been talking to Ron and Martin as he really needs help with recruiment, I spoke to Ajay and discussed his options, managed to get him to relist all clinic listings for £48 per month-relisiting clinics awaiting gc set up

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you, time has raced past and I suddenly realised I haven’t updated you. From talking to the Management team in clinic, they would like to pause our Consulting Room membership for the time being please. I appreciate we paused it earlier this year however we’re not ready as yet to commit to renewing our membership. That’s not to say this won’t change in the new year and of course I have your details on hand. What do you suggest, we pause or suspend the membership for the time being? I have just tried calling your clinic as your 6 months free membership with ConsultingRoom.com is coming to an end this month & we would like to know what you would like to do moving forward? Natalie emailed Darren at HF to ask if we could postpone her 2 clinic listings payments for the time being, she also mentioned that she now has 2 additional clinics that they want to get listed once the clinics are working again, I advised her that i would postpone her next 3 months payments, checked with Zi and she currently pays yearly via xero, she is paid upto July, Zi said they will stop their next invoice going out in July and start charging in Sep, will try and set up on GC, adding clinic to c-manager- Also wants to upgrade to featured listing for all clinics once reopen
