I was preparing the accounts for our accountant and I was shocked to see that after a telephone conversation where I required to keep only one location for Eve Clinics ‘’Leamington Spa’’ actually I was charged for the last 2 months with £60/month. Also, I checked my account and I’ve seen that it was set up a direct debit for the entire year. I am wondering how you can help me the best? Firstly I need to cancel the direct debit for £60/month immediately and to receive the invoice for what I have paid for the last 2 months. I need to send tomorrow afternoon the invoices to my accountant. Secondly, can I use the difference of the credit paid accidentally? I only wish to pay for one Location at Leamington Spa. Not at the end, do you keep the voice recording for the telephone please? I am not happy of how my last request has been handled. I still wish to carry on with our collaboration for only one location with the hope that you can help me with this inconvenience accidentally (hope) created.
