07/03/2023 | rebecca | Anita requested to canx membership, I called to speak with her, checked stats, 17 leads in total since Jan 2022, loads of page views, offered reduced membership £20 per month if she wishes to stay on board, she said she will need to discuss with her husband, asked me to call her again in 2 weeks time to discuss, I said I will keep her membership live until then and change her gc payments to £0 for the time being, I will call her back to try and save in two weeks time
