Also unfortunately I would like to cancel my subscription please. Thank you for all the support during the Covid situation. Many thanks Tej....I called Tej and managed to save her from cancelling, she said she doesn't get many leads from us unfortunately, I checked her stats and she has only had 2 emails and 8 phones calls all year, I said I would ask our admin team to add some reviews onto her profile from google and ask Dan if we could do something to inprove the traffic to her area, she was happy with this so aggred to stay with us

15/04/2020 | Rebecca | Lorna called Tej as she was on our spreedsheet to call, here are Lorna's notes from the call-She is happy but struggling with whether to maintain her CR membership as she mentioned that she doesn't get any leads for us. I explained all the things we have, she is getting our emails and didn't know about the CR Academy which I told her that she could use for training her furloughed therapists. She is unsure whether to cancel and what to do, so I said I would have Bec give her a call (clinic number is diverted to her mobile) to go over her profile with us and whether she's using all the benefits. She had wanted to come to SI so is disappointed that we had to postpone, I said we're hoping to do it sometime in September. CAN YOU CALL HER PLEASE BEC - I have just spoken to her, she said she hasn't had many leads coming in, i checked her stats and showed her how to check them in future, she has only had 3 phone calls since October last year, she said she may have to cancel her membership, i advised that i would freeze her payments for the next 3 months for her instead, advised her in the meantime to add some more info onto her profile such as before and after photos, customer reviews etc, advised her payments will resume on the 3/8/2020 automatically, she seemed more than happy with that.
