08/11/2018 | Rebecca | Spoke to Nadia, wants to do the free trial again, i told her we don't offer that anymore, she said they didn't have a successful trail the first time round, i told her that it was most likely because she hadn't fully completed her profile, she said that had only just started up then but has a lot more to upload now, i told her that its a monthly rolling contract but she still just kept asking for a free trial!!!
