23/10/2019 | Rebecca | A lady called Micha called today saying she was having trouble logging in to CC to list an advert, I spoke to Dan to ask why their username and password wasn't working and he said it's because they have multiple clinics listed under the same email adress so i needed to change one so they had access...However, i noticed in the notes that they hadn't been paying (Thanks Zi) I mentioned this to Micha and asked if the GC payments would be under any other name other than the one we had that was canx, after searching for alternatives i couldn't find any GC payments for both clinics so i told her that we would need to set something up in order to continue with their listing and to place an advert on CC. She asked me to pretend that i hadn't noticed but i told her piss off politely lol, I have de-listed both clinics until further notice and e-mailed her over her options moving forward...Awaiting response
