There are no notes on any of the notes to confirm this, I have just tried calling Aarti to try and find out more so that we can get this resolved but no answer and no option to leave message, have sent an email requesting him to call me back

It was a pleasure to talk with last week, I have spoken with my boss today and we will amend your payments accordingly now that you have removed your Bristol and Glasgow clinics no problem at all. I believe that you currently have 2 separate payments, £55 & £100 via standing order, I mentioned that paying standing order or via invoice was a very old system of ours and we now have a monthly direct debit option available to our clinics. If we would be able to switch you over from standing order to direct debit I would be happy to reduce your payments for all remaining 6 clinics to just £80 per month inclusive of VAT. We can still arrange for the two Cosmetic Skin Clinics to appear on the invoice paying direct debit no problem at all. Just having a little look at the payments due I can see that there is an outstanding payment of £55 currently, however we are happy to write this off if you decide to switch to direct debit. Please let me know what you would like to do, I await to hear from you. Have a blessed day.
09/08/2021 | Rebecca | I spoke to Aarti on Friday last week, she said that she contacted us in June to ask to remove 2 clinics Bristol and Glasgow which Danielle removed for her, so Aarti just wanted us to re-issue an invoice with the deducted price for just 6 clinic listings instead of the original 8, however they seem to be paying more than what it would noramlly be??? they currently pay £100 per month for 8 clinics when it should have only have been £96, I have discussed maybe swtiching to GC payments instead of standing order, I have spoken to Dan and he said he would be happy to write off £50 that it overdue in Xero if they switch to direct debit, I will pop Aarti an email now
