11/01/2024 | Rebecca | Clinic cancelled gc payments, tried calling to discuss and spoke to the worst receptionist on the phone, she told me that there was nobody at the clinic by Jawed Ali, when I asked her to give me the name of a manager to discuss the gc payments being cancelled she said I would need to talk to Miss Ali, I said I Jawed Ali, she said yes, i said but you just told me that nobody by that name works there, she got really arsey and put the phone down on me pretty much, sent an email to Jawed awaiting response, archiving
