02/09/2020 | Rebecca | Kath called to ask if she can delist the Harley Skin clinic as she is no longer there, I said i would archive that clinic as of today and amend her gc payments accordingly, whilst on gc i noticed that she had 2 active gc payments going out each month, one for £18.50 (orginal clinic listing) one for £32 per month (3 additional clinics) £8 reduction in price needed, whilst i was talking to her it appears that she had emailed Ron a few months ago who agreed to putting her onto a price freeze, unfortunately this wasn't actioned so here gc payments wasn't frozen, i said as a gesture of goodwill i would freeze her payments for the next 3 months instead (rather than offer a refund) she was more than happy with this so i have cancelled down one of the gc plans and will change payments down to 0 until January
