08/04/2019 | Rebecca | Jayne called and asked how to cancel her listing as they haven't had much response, i had a look and they have received 3 emails and 5 calls (she told me that they calls were actually the same contacts as the emails) I mentioned that there was a lot of gaps in her profile, she said that she was struggling to navigate the pages as she isn't very computer savy, i asked her to email me all her before and after photos and told her that we would be happy to upload them for her if she wanted to try making the most of her profile before cancelling her subscription, she said she would be more than happy with that, she is going to email me over her pics shortly
