16/11/2023 | rebecca | Spoke to Natalie as requested to cancel her membership due to not coming up for thread lifts even though they have been with us for years, I offered to give them 2 free featured listings for thread lifts for both of their locations as a good will gesture if they stay on board, she was pleased with this gesture and agreed to stay on board and said she would also be interested in maybe purchasing a few more featured listings for other products, I asked her to pop me an email over once she has had a think which ones she would like

Notes have been added. 13/11/2019 | Rebecca | Spoke to Natalie as she had sent an email asking why their monthly payment had increased, she said she wasn't convinced that their listings was performing that well, i said that there was a lot of gaps in their profiles that could really do with improving such as adding before and after photos, videos & reviews etc... I said that we would be happy to work on their profiles to try and improve this for them, she agreed to this so managed to keep two of the clinics on but has decided to de-list the Dorcester clinic which i have now archived, i have cancelled their old go cardless payments and set up a new direct debit to the correct amount for two clinics at the current price rate, gc set up under the name Mrs N Tandy
