26/08/2021 | Sabrina | I should also add that you can edit/ remove any information that I've added to your profile if you are unhappy or see I've missed something or made a mistake. You can also add anything at anytime too. Keeping treatment listings and products up to date is also a great idea. There is also a section for conditions as you find some people search treatments for active ache more than a chemical peel. I used google maps to find out about train stations and parking (sometimes these maps can be misleading so that information I would suggest checking).

Wow what an informative webpage and fresh and up to date socials you have too. In terms of reviews I have added a mixture of 5 star reviews from a selection of treatments you offer, I have linked in the treatment and what the contraction was. This means potential leads can see them reviews on the treatment they wish to have. I have updated your full profile, this is a bit like a bio for a practitioner/ treatment venue. I have added facilities and service to your profile too this means if somebody needs for late appointments with toilet facilities they'll be able to see you offer that. I had added you are using full PPE, some people are still very cautious at this moment in time so also a selling point. In terms of directions I have pointed out the train station and hotels are nearby for people who are travelling to your area. I have added special offers of £50 off first treatment (t&c's apply), up to 30% off a course. I have set these offers to end a year today but you can amend them in your profile at any given moment if you choose to withdraw the special off. Can I make a suggestion for your website please ( I'm not technical in web design, nor being critical but I look at a lot of web pages all day in your sector) but the front banner that rolls around with advertisement for your salon......the one that has the £50 offer on includes a click here button that takes you straight to the booking form. For people who have regular treatments they normally know what they want so the quick to £50 off form would be a quicker sale there. The only section that is now blank on your profile is the video section. If you have any on youtube if you send me the links we can add this too. Unfortunately at present we can only accept videos from that platform. However all your socials are linked to your profile so if you upload videos to instagram and facebook potential customers can see them from there too. Also, I checked my account and I’ve seen that it was set up a direct debit for the entire year. I am wondering how you can help me the best? Firstly I need to cancel the direct debit for £60/month immediately and to receive the invoice for what I have paid for the last 2 months. I need to send tomorrow afternoon the invoices to my accountant. Secondly, can I use the difference of the credit paid accidentally? I only wish to pay for one Location at Leamington Spa. Not at the end, do you keep the voice recording for the telephone please? I am not happy of how my last request has been handled.
