17/08/2021 | Rebecca | Hi Nadia I hope you and your team are well. I have just tried reaching you at the clinic and spoke to the lovely Hedieh who said you would be the best person to contact. As discussed, we have allowed FREE membership since April last year due to going into lockdowns ect however now need to know what Mr Beigi would like to do moving forward? Just having a little look at your stats I can see that your clinic listing does perform well on our platform, since your direct debit was cancelled last year you have received 4 emailed enquiries, 17 phone calls 21leads in total, and 1507 page views to your profile. If you would like to continue with membership we would need to now re-set the monthly direct debit of £32 per month, rolling contract so you are never tied in. If you wish to renew, please either respond to this email or feel free to call me to discuss further, I have attached a copy of our members guide so that you can see all that you receive with our membership. If you could kindly let me know either way what you would like us to do as your profile is still LIVE on our website and we will need to archive it if you don't wish to continue.
