I explained that they are not linked to HRS pending their initial agreement to reapply for CQC having claimed they didn't need to (based on what the CQC had told them). Given that a year has gone by I have asked Maria to make contact and follow this up. If they cannot show proactive steps towards CQC registration then we will have to consider delisting them as their website markets HRS which is a registerable procedure.
