29/06/2022 | Sabrina | spoke with Jo x3 jobs- skin therapist (laser)28-30k (comms takes it to 40-45k), front of house (26-28k plus 1k comms), marketing manager 50k........FOH 1st, manager 2nd, skin 3rd in terms of job position. Runs a full clinic of 6 therapist approx 300-400 per hour in terms of earning. Skin therapist has just gone on mat leave. Total restaffing 2021 as lost all girls in lockdown due to personal issues.....no red flags for company. Advertising on indeed, have job sepcs, on holiday until 14/7. Has said will email over job specs. Manager can be hybrid, 1 day a week clinic visit. Use hot and cold lasers. has staff that travel in from Paris and Slough (marketing). Spoken with smart recruit and it is £2250 per job to advertise. Quoted 10%. Leaving membership live as cancelled on go cardless and sale never converted.
