I have previously sent you emails on February 9th and March 5th to your previous queries to figure out what it was you were looking for exactly. Could you please clarify and I will help in any way that I can. Here are the emails I have previously sent: Hello Sarah, There is nothing outstanding on your ConsultingRoom.com account. Our yearly Membership costs £324 and I can see from your account that you have a special multi-clinic deal paying £58 per month, which is taken out monthly via GoCardless on the nearest working day to the 19th. As you are paying on a monthly basis there is no outstanding amount to pay. If you wish to access your statement of account on GoCardless, I am happy to provide this for you, however, you can also access this via your GoCardless account which would have been created in January 2020. Do you have access to your GoCardless account to access this information? If your query is regarding outstanding balance in relation to HydraFacial, please note that we are no longer associated with them and any outstanding balance would need to be discussed directly: infoUK@hydrafacial.com Apologies if this isn't what you are seeking, if you could let me know if it is not and I will do my best to produce it for your accounts department.
