22/06/2020 | Rebecca | Tired calling Helen to let her know that i have now activated 6 months featured listings for the following, Botox, Fillers, IPL Skin rejuv, IPL laser hair removal, LED acne, radio frequency FAT and Cellulite - left msg asking for her to give me a call back.
18/06/2020 | Rebecca | Called clinic as was archived list to call, Helen called me back to say she has never cancelled membership and her last go cardless payment went out 8th june, I can see what has gone wrong and was a really easy mistake to make, the active gc payments are under Fresh Faces not Fresh Face, which was her orginal annual gc plan, she was very understanding regardless of the fact that shes been delisted for 6 months by mistake, I said i would look to see if any featured listing are available as this is something she was considering before, told her i would call her back on Monday.
