Whilst on the phone he questioned if its worth staying on board, I managed to save him from cancelling both clinic listings by offering a free upgrade to a highlighted listing and a £2 reduction to their monthly direct debit (which actually brought the clinic in line with our new single handed practitioner rate, £20 first clinic £10 second listing, I have asked Craig to add a banner image to the Essex listing, Richard was happy with this
