Cost and procedure for atrophic areas

Hi,

I`ve previously had a mixed scar caused from trauma which I was able to reduce to only atrophic (with reduced depth) using a mix of microneedling, glycolic acid toner (5%), polyglutamic acid and a OTC retinol serum (1% with squalene). However there are atrophic areas (small line and ice-pick-like area) which have persisted over 3 months I have been treating myself, would resurfacing potentially help this or am I being impatient and what would the cost be its around 3 inches in size
Thanks
