Just one treatment can make a difference. To really strengthen skin, practitioners generally recommend a course of six to eight Hydrafacial treatments for the most effective skin health results. These could be every two weeks, with maintenance skin health treatments monthly. Your practitioner should create a personalised plan for you.
On top of in-clinic Hydrafacial treatment, daily cleansing and moisturising are advised, along with weekly exfoliations at home if you want to see a real difference.
Of course, using sunscreen, drinking lots of water, eating a healthy diet and refraining from smoking are always recommended for healthy, radiant skin.
