<p>A Plinest® treatment is quick, comfortable and designed to fit easily into your regular skin maintenance routine. Your practitioner will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and safe experience.</p>
<h3>Step 1: Consultation and preparation</h3>
<p>Your practitioner assesses your skin, discusses your goals and selects the appropriate Plinest® formulation. The skin is then thoroughly cleansed, and a numbing cream may be applied for comfort.</p>
<h3>Step 2: Precise injection technique</h3>
<p>Plinest® is placed into the skin using one of two common methods:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Microdroplet technique:</strong> tiny droplets are placed just under the surface of the skin for even distribution.</li>
<li><strong>Linear retrograde technique:</strong> small threads of product are deposited as the needle or cannula is gently withdrawn, creating smooth, continuous placement.</li>
</ul>
<p>A <strong>needle or cannula</strong> may be used depending on the area being treated, your skin concerns and your practitioner’s clinical preference.</p>
<h3>Step 3: Immediate after-effects</h3>
<p>You may notice mild swelling, redness or small bumps where the product was placed. These effects are normal and usually settle within <strong>24-48 hours</strong>.</p>
<h3>Step 4: Gradual improvements</h3>
<p>Early improvements in hydration and texture often appear within <strong>2-4 weeks</strong> as the skin begins to regenerate.</p>
<h3>Step 5: Optimal results</h3>
<p>The most noticeable changes – including improved firmness, smoothness and overall quality – develop around <strong>3 months</strong>, once collagen and elastin regeneration peaks.</p>
