Edit Is toasted skin syndrome the same as a heat rash?

Please add the new faq details.
No, the two conditions are distinct. Heat rash (miliaria) is caused by blocked sweat glands and typically presents as small red bumps or blisters, often with itching or prickling. Toasted skin syndrome results from repeated infrared heat exposure damaging the superficial blood vessels and skin cells over time, producing a fixed, net-like pattern of discolouration. Heat rash tends to resolve quickly once the skin cools; toasted skin syndrome develops gradually and may persist for months after heat exposure stops.
