Myself and Dr Ahmed was struggling to log into his account using the username and password, Bex and Maria both tried and had no problem, after me having a looooooong play around i have finally solved the problem, tried calling him to let hi know that he needs to copy and paste in plain text, there's an option for this directly under the paste option, left message with foh to get him to call me

Followed up spoke to a lovely lady in accounts called Bubbley she said they are happy to go ahead for the watford clinic to begin with as this is the clinic that is struggling the most, sent over payment email
