Christina made an enquiry through Crec, had a look at notes and can see that we offered her 6 months free, was still live, managed to get her to renew subscription, gave her a free highlighted listing & a featured listing agreed by Dan, she said she didn't know about the featured listings, seems keen to purchase some more, sending her the info.
