For most aesthetic practitioners, although achieving great customer satisfaction with the treatments that you deliver is of course important, if you cannot consistently convert enough new customer consultations into paying customers, you won’t be busy treating people, and the clinic owner may not be happy with your performance; or if you are the clinic owner, you may not be able to take the money that you need out of the business.
